Teens Take the Met! was a Success at Flatlands Reformed

On Friday, November 9th from 5pm - 8pm, Council Member Jumaane Williams, Utica to Flatbush Community and Flatlands Reformed Church hosted local teens for the event "Teens Take the Met!" - an explosion of art, creativity and culture designed to engage young people across NYC.

The event offered a platform for young people in 6th - 10th grades to learn about programs and activities across the city, highlighted the Met's dynamic programming for teens, and provided an exciting, safe space for teens to have fun!

And fun the teens (and everyone else!) did have! The turn-out was excellent and the event was a huge success!
